The City of Lakeway has approved The Courtyard at the Preserve to have trash enclosures. To make application with the City of Lakeway, please use the form on the Trash Enclosure Document and submit a $150 permit fee payable to City of Lakeway to build the trash enclosure.
Pages 6-8 on the attached document provides information to the owners to follow as a guideline for building the trash enclosure. An enclosure should cost about $500 to build.
The trash enclosures should be built just like the one pictured, no larger, no smaller. City of Lakeway requires that the top of the trash lid be 12 inches below the top of the trash enclosure.
