Architectural Modifications – Courtyard at the Preserve

Architectural Review Committee:

The Architectural Review Committee is made up of three members that have been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve the community.

Architectural Modification Process:

If you are interested in making any changes to the exterior of your home or property, please use the Architectural Review Application to submit your request. Print the application and fill it out. Then scan and email it to [email protected]. There is a $35 plan review fee which is due upon submission of the plans and application. Please send the application fee to Courtyard at the Preserve HOA, PO Box 92649, Austin, Texas 78709. Reference your address and application with the check.

For all trash container enclosures, please see the Trash Enclosure Guidelines under Architectural Info on this website. You must obtain approval from the City of Lakeway prior to commencement of construction of an enclosure.

For all roof shingle replacements, the City of Lakeway has only approved the Weathered Wood shingles similar to GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Architectural Roofing Shingles for any roof replacement or repairs. This will provide for consistency within our community.
